Album Club: Bob Marley and The Wailers’ Catch A Fire (Part 1)

Share

Welcome back to Album Club. This week we’re focusing on Catch a Fire, which is often called reggae’s first landmark album. Not only did it introduce the world to Bob Marley and the group, the Wailers, it also demonstrated that reggae would be an international music force in the 1970s, and beyond.

Album Club is a weekly special led by Bob Santelli, GRAMMY Museum’s Founding Executive Director. GRAMMY Museum members get early access to these videos, which will be released in two parts. After watching each video update from Bob, add your thoughts and opinions in the YouTube comments section!

Did you know that GRAMMY Museum members get early access to these weekly Album Club videos (and much more!)? To learn more about Museum membership—which starts at just $60—visit our membership page today!
