Lea Michele

The GRAMMY Museum is pleased to welcome Emmy award-winning singer and actress Lea Michele to the Clive Davis Theater for an intimate conversation hosted by GRAMMY Museum Artistic Director Scott Goldman, followed by a performance. In 2009, Lea Michele debuted in her role as perfectionist firecracker “Rachel Berry” on Ryan Murphy’s critically acclaimed, Golden Globe and SAG Award-winning series, Glee. In 2010, Michele was honored with an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Actress – Comedy. In 2016, she appeared as Hester on Fox’s dark comedy Scream Queens and most recently starred in the ABC comedy series The Mayor. While appearing on television and the theater stage, Michele’s love for music has been a focus point in her career. Michele has had the honor of singing for The President and performing at the Superbowl. In March of 2014, she released her debut album, Louder, which debuted at No. 1 on iTunes and in the Top 5 on Billboard charts. In 2017, she released her second album of original songs, titled Places, for Columbia Records. Most recently, in summer 2018, Lea Michele teamed up with former Glee co-star Darren Criss for the successful co-headlined LM/DC Tour with shows across the U.S. Due to fan demand the duo will head back on the road in late 2018 for West Coast and United Kingdom dates.
