Free Museum Day

To celebrate GRAMMY Sunday, and in conjunction with SoCal Museums' Free-For-All Day, on Jan. 28 the GRAMMY Museum will offer free admission to the public, in addition to a schedule of special events. See below for details!

10a: GRAMMY Museum opens - first 100 visitors get a copy of the 2018 GRAMMY® Nominees album

11a: Free screening of "GRAMMYs® Greatest Stories: A 60th Anniversary Special in the Clive Davis Theater. Co-hosted by John Legend and Carrie Underwood, the CBS retrospective features rare archival footage, exclusive interviews, and special appearances by multi-GRAMMY winners and nominees. Seating available on a first come, first served basis.

12:30p: Scavenger Hunt – first five completed scavenger hunts get a free GRAMMY Museum hat and 10% off a membership

2p: Education program with veteran instructor Darryl Swann featuring a hands-on demonstration of sampling techniques, mixing principles, and instruction on how to use an old-school drum machine and vinyl records to create beats.

3:30p: Second free screening of "GRAMMYs® Greatest Stories: A 60th Anniversary Special in the Clive Davis Theater.

6:30p: Museum closes
