Donation Requests
Thank you for your interest in The GRAMMY Museum and your request for a contribution to your organization. The GRAMMY Museum is a not-for-profit organization, and therefore we appreciate the importance of donations to support the work of community groups and organizations. While we cannot honor every request, we do carefully consider each and determine the type of donation based on the event criteria.
The following request guidelines have been developed to create consistency and fairness to organizations that seek support. Please note priority is given to organizations located in the greater Los Angeles area.
Guidelines for Requests
- Organizations requesting donations must be not-for-profit [501(c)] organizations.
- All requests must be typed on the requesting organization's official letterhead. Fundraisers to benefit an individual or family are generally not honored.
- A COMPLETED Donation Request Form must accompany all letters requesting donations. Mail requests to the address below. Submitting a request is not a guarantee the Museum will give a donation.
- Requests must be received six (6) weeks prior to the event date.
- Responses to requests will be via mail only.
